What is your policy regarding holidays? We respect and observe most local and public holidays. In the event that a Virtual Assistant (VA) is required to work on a holiday, the client will be expected to pay a double day rate for that day. Prior to the start of our collaboration, we can discuss and agree upon this arrangement. Please note that holiday policies may vary depending on the country and client company, and our goal is to align with your own policies as closely as possible.
